1. Professional Conduct
Guards must maintain professionalism at all times — no phones while on patrol, proper uniform, and respectful communication with clients and colleagues.
2. Patrol Procedures
Learn how to conduct regular patrols, report incidents, and maintain visibility to deter unwanted activity. Always follow assigned routes and check-in protocols.
3. Incident Reporting
Accurate reporting is key. Document all incidents clearly, include timestamps, and submit reports promptly through the Venn Security system.
Training Guidelines
Guards must wear the official Venn Security uniform, including cap, badge, and tactical vest. Uniforms must be clean, properly fitted, and worn during all active shifts.
Use radios and communication devices responsibly. Maintain clear, concise communication with dispatch and other guards. Avoid unnecessary chatter while on duty.
In emergencies, remain calm and follow Venn Security’s response protocol. Notify dispatch immediately, secure the area, and assist clients as needed.
